How to get to

these pick up locations?

Airport Transfers:

You can fly into any of the following airports with connecting flights via Bangkok and some direct flights from overseas into Phuket and Krabi:

Surat Thani

If travelling from Bangkok we would recommend flying into Surat Thani Airport (URT) on flight TG2251, arriving at 09:40am. Arriving on this flight will mean that if you head directly to Khao Sok you should arrive well in time for midday and lunch! This giver you plenty of opportunity to undertake some activities in and around Khao Sok in the afternoon of your first day without being tired from an early flight. Surat Thani is also the closest airport to Khao Sok and the most stress free due to its small size and relaxed vibe. Let the adventure begin

Phuket
With the most frequent flights Phuket airport is the easiest option. There are even direct overseas flights from Europe and Australia into Phuket Airport making it perfect arrival point for your trip to Khao Sok. You can either (if travelling from Bangkok) flight down on the TG 201 arriving in Phuket at 09:10 and head straight to Khao Sok or spend a night at one of the beaches on Phuket before starting your Khao Sok adventure the following morning. As drive times from Phuket to Khao Sok are in the region of 3 / 4 hours depending on where you stay we would recommend at least one night in Phuket if you are travelling direct from overseas to recover from the jet lag and get the most from your experience at Khao Sok.

Krabi
There are regular flights from Bangkok to Krabi and also some international flights direct into Krabi from locations such as Singapore and Australia. Similar to Phuket airport but on a smaller scale our recommendations for Krabi airport would be the same. Arrive early to make it in time for some afternoon adventure in Khao Sok or spend the night at Ao Phra Nang beach and start your adventure in the morning the following day

Koh Samui
Koh Samui also has an airport with frequent flights every day of the week and is not that far from Khao Sok national park, in fact it is in the same province even though Samui is an island! You can catch a ferry from Koh Samui to the mainland and Donsak pier for further transfers by minibus or coach through to Khao Sok. The ferry transfer also makes for a nice addition to the beautiful road transfer through to Khao Sok.

By  TRAINS

Surat Thani’s Phun Pin train station is accessible via overnight train from Bangkok’s Hualanphong Station. Trains normally arrive in the early morning, approximately 07:21.

We would recommend the first class carriages as lower class standard tickets can get over crowded and with first class you will have a bunk to sleep.

Our recommended tours include free pick up at 08:00 from Surat thani’s Phun Pin station every day.
