Morning — Into Khao Sok National Park

Start your day by leaving the Khao Sok village behind and heading into the rainforest.
Your local guide leads you into Khao Sok National Park, where the sounds of the road gradually disappear and the forest takes over.
 

​Three Hours in the Rainforest

Set out on a jungle hike through the tropical rainforest of Khao Sok.
Along the trail, discover the plants, flowers and smaller creatures that make this forest their home. Look for butterflies moving through the vegetation, birds calling from the canopy and signs of wildlife hidden along the trail.
Your guide will help bring the forest to life, explaining the plants and natural environment you encounter along the way.

Lunch & A Well-Earned Break
After several hours on the trail, take a break and enjoy a Thai-style lunch.
Then exchange your hiking shoes for a bamboo raft.
 

Afternoon — Drift Along the Sok River
Climb aboard a traditional bamboo raft and settle into a slower rhythm.
Your local paddler guides the raft gently along the Sok River while you enjoy views of rainforest, limestone cliffs and the surrounding mountains.
There is no need to rush.
Simply float, watch the scenery and enjoy one of the most peaceful ways to experience Khao Sok.

Discover a Hidden Cave
​During the river journey, stop beside a small cave and take a short walk into the forest.
Then enjoy one of the signature moments of the trip — coffee or tea prepared in bamboo and served in bamboo cups.
A warm drink, a quiet forest and the river nearby.
This is the kind of experience that photographs rarely capture properly.

After your jungle hike and bamboo rafting adventure, relax at Rommanee Hot Spring.
