General Terms & Conditions

Advanced deposit payment or full payment will be charged at time of reservation.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card / transferred in cash.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email.

Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
Price according to age
- Infant rate: Babies 1-3.9 years old
- Child rate: from 4-10 years old
- Adult rate: over 10 years old
Travel Insurance
All tourists are required to send a photo of the first page of their passport, clearly showing their name, address, and date of birth, to Khaosok Discovery at least one day before their trip. This information is necessary to ensure proper travel insurance coverage in accordance with Thailand’s tourist protection law.
Cancellation & No show policies
In case of cancellation or no show, cancellation fees may apply as follows:

Cancelation up to 15 days before tour departure: charge 10% of total net rate.

Cancelation up to 7-14 days before tour departure: charge 30% of total net rate

Cancelation up to 1-6 days before tour departure: charge 50% of total net rate

Cancelation less than 24 hours prior to departure date: charge 70% of total net rate.

No Show or Cancelation on tour date: charge 100% of total net rate
Itinerary
All activities listed in our itineraries may be rearranged based on local conditions on the day of the tour. Please be aware that changes to activities may occur due to unforeseen local circumstances.
